I understand that mate but as I said I was getting a reply last Sunday and then the conversation ended on the Monday when I asked simply how do I find out what iptv I have so it can be fixed all restarts etc been done but this hasn't worked in weeks and I have paid near £300 for everything we have and looking to get more with the smart tv with spending all this I just wanna get it working as you can understand if I can be promised this will be looked at seriously tomorrow then that's fine I just want to get it sorted

The iptv hasn't work since the end of July and we have tried to get in touch over Facebook on both pages and nothing back I know that there has been times use have been blocked but just want to get it sorted I've tried the resets and doing the user name and password again but nothing I think it's a pixie onee but not sure if that's the name

As I said I didntnknow if that was the name or not, yes I defiantly got it of use I got it of Micheal I also have a birthing box of use and would like a smart to iptv but need this sorted first

I've tried the resets and the internet resets etc I've also tried putting in the details again. With normal working channels On the bit were it says the channel and what's on the right hand side usually has a percentage but on the iptv channels it says N/A in a wee box I don't know if this means anything

Percentage is for satellite or cable feed.iptv is interent streaming so won't be a percentage.
Check you see if you got memory on your usb by pressing the file list button

Is there any info I can give you to make sure that the subscription is still live it was only paid in July but with the new one being done shortly after and around the time it stopped working I was wondering could that have affected it
