Subs have all disappeared Empty Subs have all disappeared

To Kev and Michael. I have 2 subscriptions with both of you on the Smart IPTV . One on the LG tv, and the other on the Samsung tv. I paid for a FULL years subscription on both of these devices, and both have gone . I have tried emailing yourselves, but have had no response from either of you . Please could you check both my subs to see why these have disappeared, as I’m only into my 2nd month of a 12 month subscription
